FAQ

Are the pedals true-bypass?
     - Yes! With the exception of the Buffer, all AWOL Pedals are fully true-bypass.

What kind of power supply do I use for AWOL Pedals?
     - All my pedals require 9-volt DC, center-negative, 2.1mm power. I highly recommend using an isolated power supply like the Voodoo Labs Pedal Power series. Using a daisy-chain power supply like a One-Spot may introduce unwanted noise. Always use an isolated power supply with your pedals whenever possible!

How much is the current draw for AWOL Pedals?
         - All my pedals use less than 50mA of current. A larger mA current output may be used, provided that it is 9V DC, center negative, with a 2.1mm plug. Pedals tend to only draw as much current as they need, so a 100mA or more can be used without any issue.

I live outside the USA. Can I still order a pedal?
           - Yes! I do offer international shipping to some countries. Larger shipping fees or import tariffs may apply, as well as the possibility of longer ship times.

What is the warranty for AWOL Pedals?
           - All new pedals are fully covered within a year of purchase date, free of charge, for defects in workmanship. After a year, there may be a small bench fee for basic repairs such as foot-switch replacement, broken potentiometers, or LEDs. Pedals that have been modified in any way are not covered under the normal warranty. If you suspect your pedal is broken or in need of a repair, it never hurts to reach out via email or Instagram Direct Messages. I will always do what I can to make sure your pedals are functioning properly so that you can go back to making music. :)

Do you still do pedal mods?
           - Unfortunately, I no longer offer mods on AWOL Pedals or pedals from other brands.
